This wine expresses itself with lively characters of ripe tropical flavors with lively melons and grapefruit accents. The wine is light and crisp with fresh floral aromas for a pleasurable drinking experience on its own or to be easily paired with food.


The cool spring and summer of the 2001 harvest resulted in small yields and grapes with concentrated fruit flavors. In order to preserve the sun ripened flavors, the grapes were immediately pressed whole cluster at the winery using a membrane press and then fed into stainless steel tanks for cold fermentation. The juice was cold fermented to retain the fresh fruit qualities of the grapes.
